We had our first snow this past Saturday. One of the funniest things that happens when it snows is that our dog, Moab, goes outside and rolls around in the snow. Sometimes he'll tunnel into it head first, then roll on his back, legs up in the air. Sometimes it's a quick roll, other times he'll roll and roll and roll for minutes.
I was finally ready with the camera when I let him out in anticipation of him rolling and he didn't disappoint. This isn't one of his long sessions, but it gives you an idea of how silly this canine really is. Oh and the ending is funny--turn your speakers on. LOL

My New Love: A Kitchen Appliance?
I have a new best friend! It's our slow cooker.
Paul and I invested in one about a month ago. Since we make all of Paul's lunches, we thought it might be a good way to mass produce good, healthy meals for him.
I've been going crazy with it!
So far I've made beef stew, pulled pork, pot roast with potatoes & carrots, and roasted 2 full chickens. It does a great job! It's easy to use and Paul has been enjoying the food! I never thought I would love a kitchen appliance as much as I love this one! : )
